Consultation Fees (From 1st of January 2026)

Myhealth Medical Centre North Rocks will resume bulk billing for all valid Medicare card holders. Exemptions for procedural items and pre-employment checks may apply.

Please note fees apply for other item numbers such as implanon insertion / replacement / removal, skin procedure or iron infusion.

After your appointment you will be required to pay the TOTAL FEE and we will claim your Medicare rebate at time of processing. You can receive your Medicare rebate immediately if you using a physical debit card+PIN. Credit cards will take 2-3 days to process refund from Medicare.

Patients without a Medicare card will need to pay the full consultation amount starting at $90, and claim from their chosen health fund themselves.

* Non-Attendance Fee of $30 is payable if a patient does not attend their appointment or if the appointment is cancelled with less than four hours notice. –You will not be able to make further appointments if the fee is not paid.

Telehealth

If you desire telehealth with your doctor, please contact reception or book online and we will try to facilitate this. Note that we principally encourage patients to return to see their doctor for clinical review as this allows a more comprehensive assessment and telehealth is only available if patients have been to our practice physically in the last 12 months.

Appointments

An appointment and a walk-in system operate in this practice with an average of 15 minutes allocated per patient, unless a long appointment is required. Please inform the receptionist if you require extra time. Every effort will be made to accommodate your preferred time.
Please advise reception if your booking is URGENT, if you require a long appointment, need a special medical examination or procedure, or if more than one family member needs to be seen. If you are unable to keep the appointment, please inform us as soon as possible so that someone else can be accommodated.

After Hours Care

If you need urgent medical attention outside of our normal surgery hours, please contact 13SICK on 13 7425. You can arrange for a home visit and you will be bulk billed if you have a valid Medicare card. This service is available weekdays (5:30pm – 9:00am), Saturday and Sunday (1:00pm – 9:00am). Brochures about this service are available from the surgery reception counter.

Home Visits

Home visits are available to patients at this practice who live within a 5km radius of the practice. As this is at the doctor’s discretion, please ask your doctor or more information during your next visit.

Out of consideration for your privacy, we cannot communicate via any social media platform or email. This is to ensure that we maintain our strict confidentiality policies to protect your privacy. In the provision of services to you, you may receive emails and SMS from the practice. Please do not send any emails to this email address as it is not routinely checked. Practice Information

Myhealth Medical North Rocks opened its doors in May 2012 and is a bulk billing practice that offers additional allied health services in one convenient location. The current services within the North Rocks practice include Psychology counselling service, Dietitian, Podiatry and Exercise Physiology.

In the same area you will also find Douglass Hanly Moir pathology collection centre.

Situated within North Rocks Shopping Centre, it is located in the middle of the geographical areas of Carlingford, North Parramatta and West Pennant Hills. It is close to public transport and has ample parking. The main entrance is located directly opposite the Australia Post office, in the fresh food shopping end of the centre.
