From 1st of November 2025, bulk billing will return for most patient visits. Exemptions for procedures may still apply.
Procedural Fees
Procedural items such as implanon insertion/replacement/removal, skin procedures and iron infusions all incur a fee. Please note that there is no Medicare rebate available for iron infusions. Please contact reception on 9871 3088 for fees and costs.
Processing Payments
A charge will be made at the end of the procedure. The total amount including any out-of-pocket costs will be charged. The receptionist will process the payment and lodge the Medicare rebate for you, which you will receive into your nominated bank account within 24-48 hours.
Most credit card types, including VISA and Mastercard are accepted. AMEX is not accepted. Please note that there is a 1.2% surcharge for credit card payments.
Cancellation and Non-Attendance Fees
Non-attendance of appointments, and cancellations of appointments with less than 4 hours notice will incur a $50 non-attendance fee. You will not be able to make further appointments if this fee is unpaid.
